Procure is provided as it is

We have built Procure to be useful at a trade fair and we use it ourselves, but it comes with no warranty of any kind. It may contain faults. A feature may stop working. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that follows from using it — including a lost note, a lost photograph, a figure recorded wrongly, or a backup that did not complete.

Your notes are yours

Everything you record in Procure belongs to you. Using the app gives us no claim to it. We do not use your notes or your photographs for any purpose of our own, and we do not sell or share them. What we do with them when you back up is set out in the privacy policy.

Keep your own copy

The phone is the source of truth, which means a lost or broken phone can mean lost notes. Export the CSV, or back up, and keep the result somewhere else. We cannot recover anything that was never sent to us.

Your account

An account is optional and exists so that you can back up. Give us a real email address you can read, because the sign-in code is sent to it and there is no password to fall back on. Keep access to that mailbox: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Do not use Procure to break the law, to store anything unlawful, or to attack, overload or probe the service.

Deleting your account

Write to support@ledgerman.in from the address on your account and ask, and we will delete the account along with the notes and photographs backed up against it. We may also close an account that is being used to break these terms.

Changes

Procure is early and will change. Features may be added, altered or removed. If these terms change, this page changes, and the date at the top changes with it.
